Coconut cinnamon granola for breakfast with nucao
Would you like some coconut-cinnamon flavored granola for breakfast? Janina from the Instagram channel @ janinashw has prepared something delicious with our nucao bar made from raw cocoa. Tastes great with oat drink, coconut yoghurt and fruit or as a topping for smoothie bowls .
Ingredients for your granola:
- 100 grams of rolled oats
- 75 grams of buckwheat
- 50 grams of almonds
- 40 g coconut chips
- 40 g coconut oil
- 25 g coconut blossom sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 nucao bar Coconut Cinnamon

Crunchy Granola - Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees top/bottom heat .
- Mix the dry ingredients for your granola (except for the bar) in a bowl. Then melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan and dissolve the coconut blossom sugar in it.
- Add some cinnamon and salt.
- Then add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
- Place your granola on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Then it goes in the oven for about 20 minutes . While the granola is baking, you can chop your nucao candy bar into small pieces.
- Take the granola out of the oven as soon as it is golden brown and let it cool completely.
- Finally, mix the nucao pieces into your granola and enjoy the extra portion of crunch.
Crunchy Granola – what does it go with?
How you enjoy your granola is of course up to you. We like to mix it with our oatmeal, enjoy it as a crunchy muesli with plant-based milk or simply nibble on it in between meals. You can also use the granola as a topping for your fruit salad, yoghurt or chia pudding or - sustainably packaged in a glass - as a gift.
Have fun preparing and bon appétit.
